The reasons for the uneven heating of the single-head electric heating tube are as follows:


1. The resistance wire used in the electric heating tube has uneven hardness


      Due to the uneven hardness of the resistance wire material, the pitch of the electric heating wire after winding is uneven. This usually occurs when the drawn heating wire is in the recycling process. When the spiral heating wire is wound, the uneven tension will also affect the unevenness between the pitches.


2. Improper design of resistance wire of electric heating tube


      In general, the heating wire in the electric heating tube is helical, that is, spring-shaped. When the ratio of the diameter D of the wire mandrel to the diameter D of the heating wire is D/D>8, the phenomenon of sagging will appear when the powder is added, that is, the upper and lower density of the heating wire.


3. Improper operation of electric heating tube process


      When powder is added, the exposed rod does not meet the requirements. When the powder is too short, when the powder is twisted, the powder is pulled out and the tube is pulled out. When the rod is too long, the rod is compressed when the powder vibrates. When doing this, the heating wire is partly too thin or partly too dense, and even the heating wire and the coil are shorted. Improper handling of the shrink tube process can also affect the uniformity of filament distribution.


4. The electric heating tube filling equipment is defective


      For example, the amplitude of the dosing device is unstable, the lifting speed of the guide rod is uneven, and the powder leakage speed is fast and slow. Magnesium oxide powder is too dense even though various parameters are normal.
